Senior Product Manager, Equities Trading
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the product lifecycle for equities/tradfi trading product, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Drive product enhancements for traditional financial instruments integrating on Binance’s platform.
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with Binance’s vision and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, risk, compliance, and marketing.
- Analyze market data, user feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and optimize product performance.
- Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product KPIs and implement data-driven improvements.
- Stay abreast of regulatory developments and ensure product compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- At least 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager/BA, preferably in the tradfi industry
- Strong knowledge of traditional financial markets like Stocks, ETFs etc.
- Experience working with trading platforms or stock exchanges is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
